Hello good people, I am going to share my visa interview experience here. Hopefully it will be helpful to you.
Interview Date: 28.07.2019
Scheduled time: 2:00 PM
Arrived at embassy gate at 1:00 PM. They called my name at 1:25 PM to take my passport then called my name again at 1:50 PM and took me inside. Afterwards a lady (Selina) gave me the document checklist and told me to arrange the docs accordingly in two identical sets. She also gave two declaration forms to fill in. Upon putting my name, address, email, phone number, signature into the form I attached it with the other documents. Selina took all original documents, passport, the two set of documents and gave it to the respective visa officer (VO). VO checked the papers and detached the unnecessary ones. Selina returned the additional documents (ex. English copy of admission letter, additional pa ) and the original certificates to me and asked for some fresh photographs. I wrote my name behind the photo as a result some photos had some stains. So, I gave her the fresh ones.
VO called my name at 2:10 PM and the duration of the interview was around 5 minutes
Me: Hello Sir.
VO: Hi, Give me 7100 BDT.
Me: Here it is.

Me: No sir, I completed my bachelors in 2014.
VO: Then why 2016 is mentioned in your bachelor certificate?
Me: 2017 is the year when the original certificate was issued but I got provisional certificate on 2014.
VO: Ok. What was your university?

Me: I am a software engineer at XYZ company.
VO: And your job role there?
Me: I am a full stack software developer.
VO: What does ‘full stack’ mean?
Me: It means I have to contribute in various phase of software development life cycle such as analysis, design, development, implementation etc.
VO: What technology do you use in development?
VO: Which university you have planned to go for masters?
Me: Technische Universität Ilmenau.
VO: Did you apply to any other universities?
Me: Yes, I applied number of universities and got offer from two of them.
VO: So why this, why not the other ones?
Me: Because this university is more reputed and its ranking is better than the other one.
VO: Ilmenau belongs to which state?

Me: I applied for the dorm and hopefully will manage a seat there.
